PowerCircle Records is proud to present new mixes reworking the celebrated ‘People want to be needed’ track originally released back in 1998, which has steadily gained much respect from DJs and music communities all over the world.
Building on the success of the original release, the 2005 remix pack adds exciting new perspectives for today’s global tastes in Trance and Progressive music.
There are three additional mixes in the 2005 remix pack including a harder-edged progressive version, a more contemporary mix using the original strong vocal hook as per the original, and a chilled out version using no percussion.
The interest in ‘People want to be needed’ has been sustained ever since its first release. The original mix has been used constantly over the years to introduce live sets by some of the biggest name DJs, including Sasha & Digweed, DJ Tiësto – ‘Seven – Live In Los Angeles’ and ‘Revolution’ and Paul Oakenfold – ‘Creamfields 2004’ (Grammy nominated Dance album of the year).
